Welcome to InfyBright Messaging (a product of InfyBusiness). By using our website and APIs, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

InfyBright provides API-based communication services, including WhatsApp OTP, WhatsApp Promotional messages, and Email Messaging. Access to the API is granted upon successful registration and payment.

2. Prepaid Wallet & Billing

Our services operate on a prepaid wallet model. You must add funds to your account balance before sending messages. You will be charged on a per-message-delivered basis according to our current rate card. Prices are indicative and subject to change; taxes extra as applicable.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Specifically, you must adhere to the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. Sending spam, unsolicited promotional messages without opt-in, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Suspension

InfyBright reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, send spam, or violate carrier/gateway policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InfyBright, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
