As a SaaS platform, InfyBright provides API-based messaging services. This document outlines our delivery process for digital services.

Digital Service Delivery

We provide digital communication services (WhatsApp OTP, WhatsApp Promotional, and Email Messaging APIs). No physical shipping is involved.

Instant Access

Upon successful account registration and payment for wallet top-ups:

• Your prepaid wallet balance is updated instantly.
• Access to the API and dashboard features is delivered immediately.
• You can generate your API keys and begin sending messages right away.

Delivery Failures

If your wallet is not credited instantly after a successful payment deduction, please contact our support team at support@infybright.com with your transaction reference number. We will manually verify the payment with our gateway and credit your account promptly.
